Cordero di Montezemolo Langhe Arneis 2024 is a bright, polished Piedmont white from one of Barolo’s most respected families, showing just how compelling Arneis can be. Fresh yet textural, it brings ripe orchard fruit, floral perfume and a mouth-watering almond finish, making it a sophisticated alternative to Pinot Grigio.
Peach, green apple and melon aromas unfold with acacia, chamomile, yellow flowers and a gentle citrus lift. Cordero di Montezemolo Arneis Langhe 2024 is dry, generous and lively, carrying juicy stone fruit across the palate before finishing with chalky minerality and the variety’s distinctive, appetising bitter almond note.
This expressive Italian Arneis is made for antipasto, oysters, grilled calamari, prawn risotto and spaghetti vongole. It is equally at home beside zucchini flowers, vegetable tarts, fresh goat cheese or vitello tonnato. Serve it well chilled at around 10°C and let its fresh acidity and gentle savoury edge carry a long lunch.
