The 2021 Coates Langhorne Creek Cabernet Sauvignon, crafted by Duane Coates MW using fruit from Langhorne Creek’s established floodplain vineyards, is a classic expression of site and varietal. Aromas of blackberry, cassis, spearmint and cedar lead into a medium-bodied palate of ripe dark fruits, dried sage, tobacco leaf and thyme. Fine-grained tannins and bright acidity provide structure, while gentle oak integration and maritime salinity lend length and finesse.
