Castle Rock Estate Riesling 2024 from Porongurup in Western Australia’s Great Southern region is a refined expression of cool-climate Riesling, earning 95 points from The Australian Magazine for its balance and finesse. This pale lemon-hued wine bursts with aromas of crushed lime leaf, citrus blossom, and hints of grapefruit and jasmine. The palate is supple and bright with flavors of lime cordial, curry leaf, and a delicate mineral streak, supported by a super fine acid line and an exceptionally long, refreshing finish. A versatile wine ready to enjoy now or cellar for the next decade, pairing beautifully with seafood and Asian cuisine.
