Castelli Estate Silver Series Chardonnay 2025 is a fresh, easy-drinking Western Australian Chardonnay from Castelli Estate, offering cool-climate brightness, ripe stone fruit and subtle oak in a polished, crowd-pleasing style. It is a terrific all-rounder for relaxed lunches, seafood dinners and effortless entertaining.
White peach, apricot and honeycomb open the nose, lifted by caraway seed, gentle spice and citrus blossom. Castelli Estate Silver Series Chardonnay 2025 is light to medium-bodied and refreshing, with stone fruit, lemon curd and zest across the palate, while restrained older oak gives it a soft, creamy texture.
Pour this Western Australian Chardonnay with creamy seafood chowder, grilled barramundi, roast chicken or prawn linguine. Its citrus line also loves grilled haloumi, corn fritters and soft-rind cheeses, while the gentle creaminess makes it a smart partner for mild Thai curries and butter chicken.
