Castelli Estate Chardonnay 2024 is a refined Great Southern white from Castelli Estate, bringing together cool-climate precision, ripe stone fruit and beautifully judged French oak. It has the brightness and mineral tension of Denmark, with enough creaminess and detail to make it feel properly special.
White peach, nectarine and citrus rise from the glass, joined by flint, struck match, white flowers and a subtle popcorn note. Castelli Estate Chardonnay 2024 is finely structured and smooth, with layered stone-fruit flavour, creamy barrel-ferment texture and a fresh mineral line that drives a long, elegant finish.
Serve this Great Southern Chardonnay with roast chicken, grilled lobster, pan-seared scallops or buttery barramundi. Its refined acidity and gentle oak also make it brilliant with truffled mushroom pasta, corn dishes and soft-rind cheeses, offering a cracking match for a polished lunch or dinner.
