Castel Firmian Pinot Grigio Riserva 2024 from Mezzacorona in Trentino DOC is a serious, richly textured expression of Pinot Grigio, selected from the finest sites of the Adige Valley. Made only in outstanding vintages, it combines Alpine freshness with ripe fruit, creamy oak detail and impressive depth.
The bouquet is layered with white peach, pear, quince and chamomile, alongside honeysuckle, vanilla, spice and a gentle toastiness from barrel maturation. The palate is harmonious and refined, offering ripe orchard fruit, soft citrus and a light savoury almond note. Castel Firmian Pinot Grigio Riserva finishes fresh and fragrant, with real weight balanced by precise acidity.
This Castel Firmian Pinot Grigio Riserva is spot‑on with porcini tagliatelle, truffled polenta, roast chicken, veal schnitzel, grilled fish or creamy seafood risotto.
