Cape Jaffa Biodynamic La Lune Shiraz 2019, Mount Benson, Limestone Coast. This profoundly complex biodynamic Shiraz offers an elegant and refined experience. Aromas include black cherry, red fruits, plum, and mulberry, layered with tobacco, spice, graphite, and earthy minerals. The palate reveals brooding dark berry undertones with the plush, smooth tannin structure gifted by extended oak aging. The wine shows silky tannins and an intense dark blood-red color. It balances power with finesse, making it perfect for rich dishes such as slow-cooked meats or mature cheeses, and is certainly one of Cape Jaffa’s standout cool-climate Shiraz expressions.
