About this product
BiancaVigna Sui Lieviti Brut Nature 2024 is a brilliantly traditional Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore from BiancaVigna in Veneto, made from Glera and bottle-refermented on its lees. Unfiltered and bone dry, it delivers the energetic, savoury complexity that makes proper vin col fondo such a thrilling alternative to mainstream Prosecco.
White peach, pear and wildflowers lead, joined by acacia, bergamot, sage and a distinct bread-crust note from the lees. The palate is dry, creamy and bright, with fine persistent bubbles, mineral savour and a long, fruit-driven finish. BiancaVigna Brut Nature Sui Lieviti 2024 has texture, tension and plenty of personality.
Serve this Veneto sparkling wine as an aperitif with salty snacks, or match it with Venetian-style seafood, fried calamari, sushi or delicate white fish. Its brisk acidity and savoury lees character cut beautifully through crisp batter and richer seafood dishes. For a hazier, more textural pour, gently invert the bottle before opening.
