Whole-bunch fermentation and neutral French oak bring the vineyard into focus, with a discreet coolness distinguishing this release within the Aphelion range.
The Brini style leans towards dark plum, earthy complexity and a brooding depth of flavour, offering a compelling alternative to lighter, purely fruit-driven Grenache. Vintage-specific aromatic details remain unconfirmed, but the 2025 release’s whole-bunch character promises plenty of interest for lovers of savoury McLaren Vale red wine.
