Carlingford Cellar Door owner Tore has been in the wine industry for almost 20 years, selling Australia’s best wines (Yarra Yering – Halliday’s Winery of the Year 2021), Australia’s best selling wine (Oyster Bay) and some of the greatest wines of Burgundy, Tuscany, Champagne and many more.

Winning the United Kingdom Vineyards Association Scholarship in 2007 and completing the Wine & Spirits Education Trust Diploma in 2012 (one of the industry’s most highly regarded accolades) led to opportunities in wine education and hosting tastings for trade and consumers around Australia. Along the way Tore has met countless winemakers and visited some of the great wineries of the world.
