Plantagenet Wyjup Collection Riesling 2025 is an outstanding Mount Barker Riesling from Plantagenet’s flagship Wyjup range, sourced from the prized Wyjup South block and made solely from free-run juice for thrilling vineyard purity, concentration and finesse.
Powerful aromas of lime zest, lemon sherbet, orange blossom, slate and flint leap from the glass, joined by red apple and preserved lemon complexity. The 2025 Plantagenet Wyjup Collection Riesling is intense and precise, with chalky mineral detail and a tense acid line driving an exceptionally long finish.
Serve this Great Southern Riesling with oysters, sashimi, kingfish crudo, salt-and-pepper squid or aromatic Thai seafood dishes. Its razor-sharp citrus, salty mineral edge and bright acidity make it a sensational food wine now, while its purity and concentration promise graceful cellar development for decades.
