Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours Blaye-Côtes de Bordeaux 2021 is a biodynamic red blend of 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Malbec from limestone-clay soils. It opens with deep aromas of blackcurrant, wild strawberries, and spices, followed by a palate that is elegant and juicy with silky tannins and a polished finish. The wine is fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks and bottled unfiltered, showcasing freshness, complexity, and terroir expression.
