It is composed of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, carefully aged on lees for 28 months before disgorging in January 2022. This extended lees aging gives it depth and complexity with fine, creamy bubbles. The wine displays aromas of ripe citrus, white flowers, and brioche, complemented by subtle notes of toasted almond and delicate stone fruits.
