A blend of 95% Shiraz and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon off dry‑grown, hand‑picked vines up to 80 years old, it’s all black cherry, cassis, mulberry and liqueur cherries, wrapped in chocolate, mocha, coffee bean, liquorice, charcuterie, anise, ironstone and violets. The palate is full‑bodied and intense yet refined, with satiny tannins, fine acidity, deep dark‑berry sweetness and serious length after 11 months in French barriques (around 20% new), delivering that trademark old‑vine opulence without getting heavy.
