Dead Man Walking Eden Valley Riesling 2025 is a zesty, mineral-driven South Australian white that captures the region’s trademark precision, with lime, lemon blossom and green apple giving it immediate lift and appeal.
The nose is highly aromatic, showing preserved lime, lemon balm, holy basil, white flowers and aromatic spice, with slate-like minerality underneath. The palate is dry, crisp and mouth-watering, with citrus brightness, apple fruit and a fine talc-like grip that gives the wine shape, tension and a long, refreshing finish.
