Deakin Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2025 is a rich, dependable Australian red from Deakin Estate, bringing classic Cabernet character to the table without any fuss. Dark fruit, fresh mint and subtle oak give it real presence, while its smooth structure and generous finish make it an easy choice for hearty dinners and weekend barbecues.
Blackcurrant and ripe plum take the lead, supported by blackberry, fresh mint, eucalyptus, dark chocolate, vanilla and warming spice. Deakin Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2025 is smooth, powerful and fruit-forward, with a firm but approachable backbone. Gentle oak adds a savoury cedar edge, while fresh acidity keeps the dark fruit bright through the long finish.
This Australian Cabernet Sauvignon is made for chargrilled steak, roast beef, lamb cutlets or slow-cooked brisket. It also works a treat with bangers and mash, beef burgers, mushroom pie and aged cheddar.
