We wanted to elevate those fantastic Chenin Blanc characters and craft a more interesting, complex style.

So here it is.

Barrel fermented Chenin Blanc pressings. Spends three months in ex-chardonnay casks to mature and develop then bottled and released young.

It’s a delicious drink and complements a wide variety of foods. We love it with rich fatty fish – think seared tuna.

Will absolutely age gracefully if you let it.
