This exquisite off-dry Chenin Blanc from schist and tuffeau vineyards in Rochefort-sur-Loire glows pale gold, bursting with honeyed apricot, ripe citrus, cinnamon blossom and savoury spice on the nose. On the palate, Cep by Cep Coteaux du Layon 2024 reveals silky marmalade richness, white floral lift, gentle phenolic grip and vibrant acidity that balances 72g/L residual sugar through to a fresh, lingering finish brimming with Germanic poise and seductive energy.
