About this product

Experience the vibrancy of Dormilona Chenin Blanc 2024 from Jo Perry’s certified organic vineyards in Margaret River, Western Australia. Hand-harvested Chenin Blanc gets whole-bunch pressed to wild ferment in seasoned French oak barriques, then lees-aged for texture – all with minimal sulphur, no fining and a touch of bottle age for pure, tense expression at 12.5% alcohol. Textural layers of white peach, quince, honeysuckle, chalky minerality and fresh herbs unfold with bright acidity, a creamy mid-palate and saline zip, capturing cool-climate vibrancy with subtle phenolic grip.

The Dormilona Chenin Blanc 2024 pairs beautifully with pan-fried whiting, goats cheese croquettes or asparagus risotto, its poised balance elevating fresh flavours. Linear yet mouth-filling, this is Chenin with Margaret River soul – snag it for seafood lunches or spring evenings when crisp, characterful whites hit the spot.
