Quilty & Gransden Shiraz 2025 from Quilty & Gransden captures the bright, elevated character of Orange, NSW, delivering a seriously approachable cool-climate red with ample personality and value.

Expect ripe plum, blackberry and red berry fruit, lifted white pepper and a gently savoury edge. The Quilty and Gransden Shiraz is medium-bodied and velvety, with soft tannins, fresh regional acidity and a smooth, spicy finish that makes each glass very easy to revisit.

Bring this Orange Shiraz to the barbecue for lamb cutlets, grilled steak or slow-roasted beef cheeks. It also shines beside Moroccan-spiced lamb, mushroom risotto or a generous wedge of mature cheddar – a versatile weeknight red that comfortably overdelivers.
