Rymill The Dark Horse Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is a generous, estate-grown Coonawarra red from Rymill, delivering ripe dark fruit, regional mint and smooth tannins in a polished Cabernet that punches well above its weight.
The Rymill Dark Horse Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 pours deep cherry red, opening with blackberry, blackcurrant, ripe cherry and raspberry. Vanilla, dark chocolate, liquorice and anise build richness, while a leafy lift of mint and eucalyptus brings classic Coonawarra character. The palate is full-flavoured yet fresh, with soft tannins and lively natural acidity.
Pour this Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon with a chargrilled porterhouse, slow-roasted lamb shoulder, smoky barbecue beef ribs or a mushroom and lentil pie. It also plays beautifully with aged cheddar and dark chocolate. This is a smooth, approachable South Australian Cabernet that is ready to impress straight from the bottle.
