Castelli Estate The Sum Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant white from Western Australia’s Great Southern region, combining tropical fruit with fresh herbal notes and a crisp finish. Generously flavoured yet refreshing, it offers an approachable style suited to light meals and relaxed entertaining.
Passionfruit and honeydew melon lead the aromatics, layered with subtle herbs and lemon sherbet. The palate balances fruit intensity with lively acidity, delivering freshness through a clean, mouthwatering finish. The 2024 release also features pineapple, guava and lime, with lees contact contributing texture alongside its bright citrus character.
Serve it with oysters, grilled prawns or white fish to complement its tropical flavours and refreshing acidity. Light Asian dishes are another suitable match, while its fruit-forward character makes it equally appealing on its own. Enjoy it young for its most vibrant fruit expression.
