Atze’s Corner Bachelor Shiraz 2022 is a bold and elegant Barossa Valley Shiraz named to honour Bert Kleining, a dedicated vine grower. It features a deep ruby colour with an enticing nose of raspberry and red plum, complemented by aromas of toasted bread, vanilla, cloves, and white pepper. The palate is richly layered with ripe tannins, a touch of spice, and seamless oak integration from 22 months aging in 30% new French and seasoned French and American oak hogsheads.

This vintage benefits from ideal growing conditions, showing youthful vibrancy and a powerful fruit core with great balance. It is cellar-worthy through 2032 but also enjoyable now with decanting.
