Rusden Wildwood Cinsault 2026 from Christian Canute at Rusden Wines in Barossa Valley’s Vine Vale is a bright, small‑batch red made for lovers of fragrant, lightly chilled wines. The current producer information available is for the 2025 release, so the tasting profile below reflects the established Wildwood Cinsault style rather than a confirmed 2026 bottling.
Expect lifted rose petal, musk and red cherry aromas with raspberry, cranberry, dried peach and a flicker of white pepper and spice. The palate is medium‑weighted, juicy and energetic, bringing soft red‑fruit flavour, refreshing high acidity and a gentle savoury edge. Rusden Wildwood Cinsault is wonderfully unforced, finishing dry, bright and moreish.
Serve this Rusden Wildwood Cinsault lightly chilled with charcuterie, grilled chicken, duck tacos, harissa‑spiced lamb skewers, mushroom pizza or salmon.
