About this product
The Lane Estate Chardonnay 2025 is an exceptional single-vineyard Adelaide Hills Chardonnay from The Lane Vineyard, grown at 396 metres in Hahndorf and delivering outstanding purity, creamy detail and refined cool-climate tension.
The Lane Estate Chardonnay 2025 opens with yellow peach, nectarine and white florals, layered with grapefruit, subtle matchstick, brioche and cracked almond. Wild fermentation and nine months on lees in French oak bring a silky, creamy palate, while bright natural acidity and saline minerality carry the wine through a long, fresh finish.
Pour this Adelaide Hills Chardonnay with butter-poached lobster, seared scallops, roast chicken or grilled snapper. Its fine balance also suits truffled pasta, creamy cauliflower gratin and aged Comté. This is a beautifully layered Australian Chardonnay with immediate appeal, serious pedigree and the poise to evolve gracefully in the cellar.
