Mount Langi Ghiran Cliff Edge Riesling 2025 is a scintillating Grampians Riesling from Mount Langi Ghiran, sourced solely from the Bayindeen Vineyard. Cool climate, granite sands and minimal irrigation deliver pristine fruit, thrilling natural acidity and an unmistakably chalky mineral edge.

Lemon and lime zest lead the aromatics, joined by Granny Smith apple, mandarin, dry ginger, talc and wet-steel minerality. The palate is sleek, tightly wound and intensely refreshing, with racy citrus fruit, crystalline acidity and signature Langi chalkiness rolling through a long, super-crisp finish.

Chill Mount Langi Ghiran 2025 Cliff Edge Riesling for freshly shucked oysters, kingfish sashimi, salt-and-pepper squid or Thai green curry. Its piercing acidity and lime-driven flavour slice through briny seafood and aromatic spice, making it a superb Grampians Riesling for immediate drinking or confident cellaring.
