Chrismont Riesling 2025 is a vivid, estate-grown King Valley Riesling from Chrismont in Whitfield, crafted from Blocks Q1 and U1 to capture the bright alpine freshness and Italian-influenced character of Victoria’s High Country. Crisp, fragrant and beautifully focused, it is a seriously refreshing white made for sunny afternoons and long lunches.
Pale straw with green flashes, this aromatic 2025 Riesling leaps from the glass with jasmine, citrus blossom and lifted lime florals. A racy palate delivers crunchy lime and lemon fruit, brisk natural acidity and a zesty, mouth-watering finish. Chrismont 2025 Riesling is dry, delicate and wonderfully precise, with excellent length that keeps the citrus flavours humming.
Pour Chrismont Riesling well chilled beside freshly shucked oysters, Thai green curry, Vietnamese rice-paper rolls, chilli prawns or goat’s cheese tart.
