Mitolo Jester Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is a generous McLaren Vale red from Mitolo Wines, delivering ripe black fruit, savoury detail and the region’s trademark plushness. This is a confident, full-flavoured Australian Cabernet Sauvignon, built for hearty food and anyone who enjoys rich flavour with a smooth finish.
Blackcurrant, cassis and dark cherry meet chocolate, tobacco leaf, menthol and dried herbs, with liqueured Morello cherry adding an alluring richness. The palate is concentrated and mouth-filling, balancing ripe dark fruit with bright acidity, earthy complexity and supple tannins that hold the wine neatly together.
