Primo JOSEPH Angel Gully Shiraz 2022 is a thrilling single-vineyard Shiraz from Primo Estate, sourced from dry-grown vines at Clarendon’s highest point above McLaren Vale, where elevation brings impressive perfume, rich dark fruit and savoury definition.
A heady bouquet of blackberry, dark plum and black cherry unfolds with violet, cracked pepper, mint, dried herbs and warm spice. The palate is deep and polished, delivering ripe forest fruits, liquorice and dark chocolate through fine-grained tannins, while fresh acidity holds the powerful fruit in balance and extends the finish.
