The nose reveals heady aromatics of blackberries, mulberries, violet, bay leaves, and mint, with exotic spices like cinnamon and star anise wrapped in cedary, creamy oak. On the palate, it’s rich and flavourful with sweet dark fruits, balanced by chalky, textural tannins and bright, refreshing acidity. This wine is well-structured and complex, with excellent length and depth, ready to enjoy now but destined to reward further cellaring. It earned a prestigious 96 points and gold rating by Jane Faulkner.
