Pedestal Cabernet Sauvignon 2024 is a polished Margaret River red from Larry Cherubino, delivering the region’s classic blackcurrant character in a richly satisfying, elegant style. Deeply coloured and confidently structured, this is a superb-value Australian Cabernet Sauvignon that balances plush fruit with savoury sophistication.
Blackcurrant, mulberry and dark plum sit alongside bay leaf, dried herbs, cedar and dark chocolate, with a gentle tobacco-spice note adding depth. The palate is medium to full-bodied and beautifully composed, with ripe fruit, bright acidity and velvety tannins carrying through to a long, savoury finish.
