Rymill Classic Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is a commanding Coonawarra red from Rymill, drawing depth and definition from prime terra rossa vineyards to deliver concentrated black fruit, savoury regional character and fine, age-worthy structure.
The Rymill Classic Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 opens with blackberry, cassis and blackcurrant, layered with tobacco leaf, cedar, dried mint and violet. A firm, full-bodied palate follows with dark chocolate, anise and ripe plum, framed by textured tannins and French oak. Fresh acidity keeps the generous fruit focused, savoury and impressively long.
Decant this Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon for Scotch fillet, roast lamb shoulder, beef short ribs or venison pie. It is equally rewarding with mushroom bourguignon, aged cheddar or dark chocolate.
