Pikes ‘Traditionale’ Riesling 2025 is a brilliant Clare Valley Riesling from Pikes, the 41st release of this benchmark Australian white. A challenging, low-yield season delivered fruit of exceptional purity, resulting in a piercingly fresh, mineral-driven wine with precision, intensity and tremendous cellar potential.

Perfumed lemon blossom, lime zest and Granny Smith apple rise from the glass, with under-ripe white stone fruit and crushed-stone notes adding detail. The palate is bright and taut, awash with fresh lime juice and citrus pith, while a firm acid line and stony minerality drive the long, laser-sharp finish.

Serve Pikes 2025 Traditionale Riesling with freshly shucked oysters, kingfish sashimi, salt-and-pepper squid or Thai green curry.
