About this product

Soumah Single Vineyard Hexham Chardonnay 2025 is a superbly refined Yarra Valley Chardonnay from Soumah’s Hexham Vineyard, combining cool-climate purity, savoury complexity and creamy texture in a wine built for both immediate pleasure and patient cellaring.

The Soumah Hexham Chardonnay 2025 opens with grapefruit, lemon zest and melon, lifted by struck match, brioche and roasted cashew. Ripe peach, mango and baking spice fill out the palate, while subtle French oak and fine mineral acidity bring harmony, silky depth and a long, fresh finish.

Serve this Yarra Valley Chardonnay with seared scallops, grilled lobster, roast chicken with tarragon or buttery barramundi. Its balance of richness and lively acidity also makes it brilliant with truffled mushroom risotto, creamy pasta or aged Comté. A polished single-vineyard Australian Chardonnay that gives every dinner a proper sense of occasion.
