White nectarine, honeydew melon and lemon verbena lift from the glass, followed by almond, cashew and a subtle flicker of white pepper. Barrel fermentation and ageing bring roasted hazelnut, nougat and lightly buttered-toast notes, while the 2023 Crawford River Beta Sauvignon Blanc Semillon finishes saline, textured and brightly fresh.
