Ministry of Clouds Shiraz 2024 is a modern, finely detailed McLaren Vale red from Ministry of Clouds, delivering cool blue and red fruit, smoky whole-bunch character and serious freshness rather than old-school weight. It is fragrant, silky and tightly composed, with the energy to impress straight away.
Mulberry, raspberry seed, goji berry and redcurrant lead the aromatics, backed by coal dust, earth, rose petal and Earl Grey tea. Coriander seed, green cardamom, white pepper and fennel add aromatic spice, while gentle oak creaminess rounds the edges. Ministry of Clouds McLaren Vale Shiraz 2024 finishes savoury, juicy and finely grippy.
Give the Ministry of Clouds Shiraz 2024 a light chill and pour with chargrilled lamb, smoky barbecue chicken, beef skewers or a peppery mushroom ragù.
