Alkina Striato Shiraz 2024 is an electrifying small-batch Barossa Valley Shiraz from Alkina Wine Estates, drawn from the remarkable Spice Garden block where limestone, schist and clay bring tension, fragrance and mineral detail to every glass.
Soaring boysenberry, blueberry and dark cherry aromas meet graphite, Asian spice and a savoury olive note. This Alkina Striato Shiraz is medium-weight yet deeply layered, with pure red and blue fruit, cool earthy complexity and finely shaped tannins that drive a long, confidently dry finish.
Serve this 2024 Barossa Shiraz with rosemary lamb rump, slow-cooked duck, chargrilled mushrooms or pepper-crusted beef fillet. Its vivid acidity and savoury line make it brilliant at the table, while the poise and depth reward a special bottle purchase for now or the cellar.
