White peach, pear, green apple and lemon blossom rise from the glass, followed by a subtle tropical flicker and fine almond-like savouriness. The palate is dry, lightly rounded and wonderfully refreshing, with citrus and white-fruit flavours carried along a saline mineral line to a clean, zesty finish.
