Mastroberardino "Mastro Bianco"
Mastroberardino “Mastro Bianco” 2024 (12 Bottles) Bianco Campania IGT, Italy
About this product
Mastroberardino “Mastro Bianco” 2024 from Campania’s Irpinia hills is a vibrant southern‑Italian white that over‑delivers for easy weeknight drinking. This Mastroberardino Mastro Bianco 2024 blends Coda di Volpe, Falanghina, Fiano and Greco from clay‑limestone, volcanically influenced soils, pouring straw‑yellow with scents of fresh flowers, pineapple, peach and bright citrus.
The palate is dry, refreshing and fruit‑driven, showing lemon, grapefruit and yellow stone fruit alongside hints of quince, all wrapped in lively but nicely balanced acidity. It’s light to medium‑bodied with a clean, moreish finish, giving you all the southern sunshine without heaviness or oak. Think of it as a super‑versatile Campania Bianco IGT that’s made to drink young and chilled.
Food‑wise, it’s made for antipasti, finger food and sea‑salads, but also sings with grilled squid, octopus, shellfish and simple seafood pasta. It’s equally happy next to light vegetable dishes or a plate of mozzarella, tomatoes and basil when you want something refreshing and distinctly Italian in the glass.
