Mr. Riggs Outpost Cabernet 2025 is a commanding Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon from Ben Riggs, sourced from premium northern Coonawarra vineyards where terra rossa and sandy loam soils bring deep flavour, fragrance and serious regional authority.

Blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry lead the way, layered with mint, cedar, violet and a savoury earthy note. The 2025 Mr. Riggs Outpost Cabernet is plush yet focused, delivering concentrated fruit through a finely shaped palate, with polished oak and firm, fine-grained tannins extending the finish.

Match this classic Coonawarra Cabernet with rosemary roast lamb, pepper-crusted steak, beef cheeks or a mature cheddar.
