EKIN Sauvignon Blanc 2025, crafted by the EKIN Wine Co winemaking team in South Australia’s Adelaide Hills, bursts with vibrant passionfruit, fresh green herbs and an intriguing flinty edge. Cool stainless-steel fermentation preserves its expressive fruit and acidity, delivering a refreshing Australian white with plenty of personality and drinking appeal.

Fresh green leaves, cut grass and snap-pea aromas mingle with white peach, creating an inviting balance of herbal freshness and softer fruit. Passionfruit flavours lead the palate, followed by struck-flint dryness and persistent acidity. The 2025 EKIN Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc finishes lively and mouth-watering, keeping every sip bright and engaging.
