Pikorua Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a bright, punchy Marlborough white from Pikorua Wines, delivering the explosive tropical fruit and crisp herbaceous freshness that make New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc such a crowd favourite. It is zingy, dry and instantly refreshing, made for sunshine, seafood and any occasion that needs a seriously lively white.
Passionfruit, lime and juicy grapefruit surge from the glass, joined by gooseberry, guava, blackcurrant bud and fresh-cut herbs. Pikorua Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is light-bodied and electric, with mouth-watering acidity driving its tropical fruit core. A clean mineral edge and dry, zesty finish make it dangerously moreish from the first chilled glass.
This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is spot-on with oysters, green-lipped mussels, ceviche, grilled prawns or fish tacos with coriander and lime. It also cuts beautifully through goat cheese, Thai green curry, Vietnamese salads and sushi. Serve properly cold and let its citrusy freshness and herbal lift turn a simple spread into a proper feast.
