Joseph Cattin Hatschbourg Grand Cru Riesling 2022 is a commanding, terroir-driven Alsace Riesling from the celebrated Hatschbourg Grand Cru site near Hattstatt, where Cattin has tended vines for generations. Hand-picked, fermented and matured in traditional old-oak foudres, it is a dry, mineral-rich French Riesling with serious complexity and long-term cellaring potential.

A radiant golden-yellow colour introduces intense gunflint and mineral aromas, layered with lemon, lime, white flowers, white peach, anise, cumin and fennel seed. The 2022 Joseph Cattin Hatschbourg Riesling is dry and precise, with vibrant citrus fruit, stony minerality and a taut line of natural acidity. The finish is long, saline and beautifully focused, leaving a subtle lemony tension on the palate.
