This majestic Clare Valley Bordeaux blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc) opens with deep floral mulberry and blueberry fruits, layered with bark spices, lavender, rosehip and cocoa butter that mesmerise. The medium-bodied palate flows silky smooth with textured blackcurrant, cassis, minty herbs and velvet tannins for poised elegance and long future.
The Sevenhill St Ignatius Cabernet Blend 2021 captures historic Jesuit grandeur from a stellar vintage – balanced, luxurious and age-worthy with sappy red berry depth and white pepper intrigue.
