About this product
Domaine Daniel Dampt et Fils Chablis 1er Cru Côte de Léchet 2024 is a taut, mineral-driven Premier Cru from the left bank of the Serein, where the Dampt family’s long Chablis pedigree shines through. This is serious Côte de Léchet Chardonnay, delivering citrus intensity, saline detail and a firm, age-worthy line.
Lemon confit, poached pear, acacia and white flowers sit over iodine, oyster shell and crushed-stone notes. The palate is succulent yet precise, with richer mid-palate fruit balanced by vivid acidity and a savoury mineral finish. Domaine Daniel Dampt Côte de Léchet 2024 has power without weight and length without fuss.
Serve this 2024 Chablis Premier Cru with freshly shucked oysters, lobster, grilled scallops, roast chicken or firm white fish in a beurre blanc sauce. Its saline cut and citrus drive are superb with shellfish, while the wine’s gentle volume has the substance for creamier dishes. Decant briefly now or cellar confidently.
