From 100% Pemberton hand-picked Chardonnay grapes. The wine undergoes a traditional secondary fermentation in the bottle. A minimum of 3 years on yeast lees, resulting in a delightful sparkling wine.
This Sparkling shows complexity and personality, with zesty citrus sorbet on the nose. A fresh palate, showing yeasty & honey nuances.
With vibrant mineral acidity and a light and refreshing palate, this sparkling will compliment most rich and creamy foods, which along with the bubbles, is a lovely palate cleanser.
