Terres Secrètes Cerço Mâcon-Villages 2022, crafted by the Vignerons des Terres Secrètes cooperative in southern Burgundy’s Mâconnais, is an elegant organic Chardonnay with bright orchard fruit, limestone freshness and quietly generous texture.

White flowers, acacia and citrus meet pear, green apple and ripe yellow fruit, with a hint of cream and stony minerality. The Cerço Mâcon-Villages 2022 is fresh and rounded, balancing juicy fruit and supple richness with a clean, persistent finish.

Serve it with grilled fish, sushi, roast chicken, creamy pasta, warm goat’s cheese salad or Comté. Its vibrant citrus line and gentle texture make it a versatile Burgundy white, equally at home as an aperitif or alongside a relaxed, well-cooked meal.
