About this product
Red Hill Regional Release Cabernet Sauvignon 2024 from Red Hill Estate is a confident Coonawarra red, drawing on the region’s celebrated terra rossa soils to deliver dark fruit depth, classic structure and a seriously polished Cabernet finish.
The Red Hill Estate Regional Release Cabernet Sauvignon opens with cassis, blood plum and raspberry, layered with cedar, dried herbs and fine French oak. Full-flavoured yet balanced, it carries rich black fruit across firm but silky tannins, with savoury spice and fresh acidity keeping the finish long, focused and elegant.
Decant this Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon for roast beef, chargrilled lamb rump, venison pie or mushroom bourguignon. It is also a smart match for aged cheddar or a dark chocolate tart – a structured Australian Cabernet built for a proper dinner and with enough backbone to reward cellaring. The available published Red Hill tasting notes are for the 2023 release, so 2024-specific awards and scores were not located.
