Poli Distillerie Vaca Mora Amaro Veneto is a traditional Venetian amaro, made by naturally infusing herbs, plants and flowers in grappa and alcohol. It is a boldly herbal, balsamic digestif with an unmistakable cooling mint-and-liquorice finish.

Vaca Mora is produced by the Poli family distillery in Schiavon, near Vicenza, and takes its name from the historic local steam train. It is bottled at 32% ABV and is best served in a tulip glass at around 10–15°C, either neat after dinner or over ice.
