Plantagenet ‘Aquitaine’ Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 by Plantagenet from Mount Barker shows lush dark chocolate and blackcurrant flavours layered with black olive, sweet cherry and subtle cedar-oak spice. Aromas of dark berry, tobacco leaf and dried herbs rise from the glass, while firm, ripe tannins give structure and oak is smoothly integrated.
